Do we need a technical brief?
No. Tell us what should work better. We work with you to define the scope, priorities, and a useful first step.
Can we start with one project?
Yes. Start with a Starter website, a defined project, or an ongoing partnership. We agree the scope, price, and responsibilities first.
What happens each month?
We work a shared roadmap toward agreed outcomes, care for your systems, and review progress. Monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews keep the plan useful. Larger new builds are scoped separately.
What is included in the price?
Your proposal defines scope, responsibilities, support targets, and any third-party or usage costs. Partnership starts at $1,997 per month with setup quoted separately.
Who checks the AI work?
We agree source access, permissions, and human review before connecting AI to a real process. The workflow should have a clear input, useful output, and someone responsible for judging it.
What happens in the free audit?
We look at friction in knowledge, documents, intake, or integrations. You get a recommended first win, sequence, and what we would need to start, reviewed with Jonathan. No obligation.
Who will we work with?
Jonathan Borgwing is the accountable lead, supported by a trusted specialist network. You have one point of contact.
What is the Starter commitment?
Solo is $49 per month; Business is $99. The initial build is $0 with month-to-month hosting and care. Cancel with at least 15 days’ written notice before renewal. Source code export is available after site-specific invoices due are paid.
