These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vig.Dev website (a product line of Vig Solutions LLC). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
Vig Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates Vig.Dev, offering ongoing Technology Partner engagements, individually quoted Scoped Projects, and Starter website plans. These Terms apply to our marketing website and general inquiries. Specific engagement terms are governed by separate service agreements executed with clients.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
- Use automated systems to bypass access controls, access private content without authorization, or disrupt the site
- Interfere with the security or performance of the site
Public search indexing and search-result retrieval are permitted in accordance with our published crawler directives. This permission does not grant access to private workspaces or a license to republish our content.
3. Intellectual Property
The Vig.Dev website, including all content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Vig Solutions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
For clients, ownership is governed by the applicable service agreement. Technology-partner agreements generally assign covered custom work product to the client. Starter website agreements preserve client ownership of domains, submitted content, trademarks, and original brand assets while making site-specific source code exportable only after the paid initial-term obligation is satisfied. Vig Solutions LLC retains reusable templates, platform code, internal systems, licensed components, and generalized tooling.
4. Service Agreements
Marketing statements about cancellation, term length, support, ownership, hosting, or transition do not create universal service terms. Technology-partner subscriptions and Vig.Dev Starter Websites have different commercial terms. The signed service agreement for a specific engagement controls if it differs from this website. Changes to published plans or these website Terms do not, by themselves, change an existing signed client agreement.
5. Portfolio and Case Studies
Case studies and portfolio examples on this site describe work performed for clients. All client information and project details are shared with permission or in summary form that does not disclose confidential details.
6. Free Audit and Inquiries
Free website audits and consultation requests are provided at our discretion. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on our part to deliver an audit, proposal, or engagement. We reserve the right to decline inquiries at our sole discretion.
7. No Warranties
The website and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vig Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website.

- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This choice does not limit rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Updates to these website Terms will be posted with a revised date and apply prospectively. Changes to an existing client engagement must follow its signed agreement and any applicable notice or consent requirements.
