Custom CRMs, client portals, applications, phone systems, automations, and custom integrations are not included. These require a separately quoted project or ongoing technology partnership, with development, support and usage allowances defined in your proposal.
We build around your business, using your supplied content and a focused process to keep scope, timing, and costs clear. A “small update” is an existing text or image change requiring no more than 30 minutes.

No. Solo and Business are month-to-month from the start. You can cancel with at least 15 days' written notice before the next monthly renewal.
An edit to existing text or supplied images that takes no more than 30 minutes, such as updating contact details. Solo includes one request per month, up to 30 minutes total; Business includes two, up to 60 minutes total. Unused allowances do not roll over. New layouts, pages, features, integrations, branding, and copywriting require a separate estimate and your approval before work begins.
Yes. You always own your domain, content, trademarks, and original brand assets. After all invoices then due for the site-specific work are paid, its source code is available for export. Vig.Dev retains reusable templates and platform tooling.
Two additional small content updates per month, each up to 30 minutes, on top of your plan allowance. We aim to respond within three business days; this is not a completion guarantee. Unused updates do not roll over. New pages, features and integrations require separate scope.
Initial page-title and description setup and local-business structured data, plus one monthly check of indexing status and business-listing links with a short findings note. It excludes ongoing content writing, backlink campaigns, paid ads and business-profile management. Search rankings are not guaranteed.
The monthly fee covers initial setup and maintaining that capability while your managed plan is active. Paid booking, reviews, CMS or other third-party licenses are separate and require your approval. Additional page and copy-polish selections cover one page each; larger quantities need an assisted quote.
Copy polish covers up to 1,000 supplied words on one page with one revision. Logo cleanup prepares supplied artwork for web use with one revision; original brand design is separate. Migration assistance covers one domain connection or one mailbox with an agreed checklist; complex transfers require a quote. Booking and review components included in Business use supported third-party embeds; paid vendor accounts are separate. An additional standard form covers up to six fields and one email destination, without custom integrations.
Domain registration, business email accounts, premium licenses, advertising, transaction fees, and other third-party subscriptions are separate. We can help connect or migrate them.
Yes. Ecommerce, memberships, custom databases, AI features, automation, mobile apps, and API integrations need a separate scope and proposal as a scoped project or an ongoing Technology Partner engagement.
Hosting and care run month-to-month. You can request a plan change, or cancel with at least 15 days' written notice before the next monthly renewal and request the agreed transition package.
Each plan includes one prototype direction. Solo includes two prelaunch revision rounds; Business includes three. A round is one collected feedback list and an updated version within the agreed scope. Fixing our mistakes does not count against your allowance. Extra rounds or a new direction require an estimate and your approval before work begins.
