DELIVERED OUTCOMES
What changed for Florida Veterans Coalition.
The practical results of the build.
A request has a next step
Public intake connects to a case and a follow-up workflow staff can use.
The team has an operating system
The engagement delivered a staff-facing production suite across cases, programs, logistics, and reporting.
Reporting connects to evidence
Shared definitions and evidence checks keep reports tied to the same underlying work.
AI supports real operations

WHERE THE WORK STANDS
The suite is live and continues to evolve with the organization. The ongoing partnership connects improvements to staff needs, program delivery, and the evidence leadership needs to review.
01 / THE BUSINESS & AUDIENCE
Start with the people.
Align with the outcome.
The business objective
Make support easier to find, give staff one connected place to act, and give leadership a dependable view of the work being delivered.
The context
The public experience and the operation behind it had to serve different people without breaking the connection between them. A veteran needs a clear path to help. Staff need a case, an owner, and a next action. Leadership needs reporting that can be traced back to the work.
01Start with the people
We shaped the experience around veterans, staff, partners, and leadership. Each audience needs a different next step, from requesting help to managing follow-up or understanding program impact.
02Connect discovery to action
Program content and search discovery were aligned to what veterans are looking for. SEO and answer-engine optimization support the public experience; the forms connect that interest to the operation.
03Build around business outcomes
The work was organized around service delivery, follow-up, program coordination, and evidence-backed reporting. The website is one part of that system, rather than the end of the engagement.

03 / WHAT WE BUILT
The website—and the
enterprise suite behind it.
Explore the website and the staff tools behind cases, programs, logistics, and reporting.
01The public website
A clearer home for VA claims help, dental assistance, employment, peer mentoring, financial readiness, resources, and other programs. Events include ticketing and vendor applications; donations and a veterans-news hub support the wider mission.
02Case management & follow-up
Requests become cases. Staff can manage a follow-up queue, track first response, and detect duplicate records. Secure check-in journeys carry the relationship beyond the original request.
03Peer mentoring
Mentor matching and a roster connect participants to people. QR-code enrollment and printable flyers give the program a practical route into community settings.
04Grant reporting & evidence
Monthly and quarterly reporting use shared definitions and evidence checks. Locking reports creates a stable reporting record rather than a new interpretation of the numbers each time.
05Geographic impact
A legislative map connects service activity to Florida’s Senate districts and counties so the organization can show lawmakers impact in their district. Small groups are hidden for privacy.
06Phone-program logistics
For Cell Phones for Soldiers, the suite supports shipment intake, inventory, partner allocations, distribution tracking, and partner and veteran portals. This is the donated-phone program.
07Automation & team access
Auto-replies, follow-up email delivery tracking, a daily staff task digest, news drafts, response-time checks, and duplicate flags support the routine work. Invitations, per-form permissions, exports, and imports support the team.
08Ask the data
Staff can ask operational questions in plain English. Answers use defined metrics and respect the person’s permissions. Calculations happen on the server; unsupported numbers are blocked.
A CLOSER LOOK
A few useful answers.
Was this just a website redesign?
No. The website is the public front door to a broader engagement that includes an enterprise production operations suite used by FLVC staff.
What does the AI assistant do?
It helps staff ask questions of defined operational metrics in plain English. Access follows permissions, and numerical answers must come from the organization’s governed calculations.
