01 / THE BUSINESS & AUDIENCE
Start with the people.
Align with the outcome.
The business objective
Help owners find the right service and shop, give the business control of its content, and restore visibility into how customers arrive.
The context
The existing site had gaps in both discovery and measurement. Google Analytics had not been working since July 2023, there was no sitemap or structured data, and AI assistants were citing the wrong city and ZIP. The rebuild needed to fix the foundation as well as the experience.
01Match the customer’s decision
We organized the experience around the services an owner needs and the location that can help. The content supports a practical next step rather than a generic description of the business.
02Align the site with the business
Service and location pages sit alongside financing, training, careers, FAQs, the blog, and opening a location. The site reflects more of the actual operation.
03Make the facts discoverable
SEO and AEO work gives search engines and AI tools clear service, organization, and location information. Restored analytics gives the shop a way to see what brings customers in again.
